One of the biggest parades in the Netherlands is arrival of the Sinterklaas (Saint Nicholas). It took place in the middle of November (first weekend after the 11th of November) and is among the favorite events for Dutch kids. A true center of Amsterdam for art lovers is Museumplein, where three biggest city museums are located. Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and Stedelijk Museum are the most visited ones in The Netherlands and are home of some of the most famous Dutch art masterpieces.
